🕒 Return Window

We offer free returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
• 🧴 Unused and in their original packaging
• 📦 In the same condition as received
• With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


🚚 How to Request a Return
1. 📧 Email us at scentoraperfumeshopify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. 📸 Attach a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
3. ✅ Our team will review and respond within 10 minutes during business hours.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the simple return process.


💸 Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used perfumes
• Items without original packaging or tags


⚡ Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, don’t worry!
Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll replace or refund it right away 💯
